Girl's Fourth of July Romper

The classic red, white and blue colors are perfect for a summer picnic while waiting for fireworks to start.  The ribbon ties on the shoulder allow for different sizes to be comfortable.  The light and airy swiss dot flounce flows nicely in the summer breeze and has enclosed elastic to keep the romper secure on the chest.  The same red ribbons that tie on the shoulders create a ruched side on the romper shorts.  This allows for a custom length and cute detail while allowing plenty of room in the seat area for a comfortable fit.  

The waist is finished with enclosed elastic and provides a nicely fitted waistline.  

All seams are serged to provide a clean and finished look. I use only high quality cottons when creating these beautiful dresses.  The dress is lovingly handmade by me in a smoke free/pet free home.
