Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client. We have tried to answer the most common questions. But if you have any further questions about the store and brand, don't hesitate to contact us.

Do I really need to measure my child?

Yes! All of my clothes are custom made and do not necessarily follow ready to wear clothing you would buy in the store. If you need help with how to measure your child for the best fit, message me and we can walk through it together! The great thing about buying clothing made especially for your child is that we can mash sizing if they need a different waist/chest size versus height size. Care instructions

Almost all of my dresses are “toss and wash”! I try to ensure that the busy grown up can easily wash my creations without thinking about it. I recommend washing on cold with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat. If you would like to skip the ironing part, simply take out of the dryer while still a little damp and lay flat to dry!

Shipping times?

All of my packages are shipping using USPS First Class mail service and will be mailed out approximately two weeks after ordering. While I make certain every item leaves my shop with enough time to make any given deadlines, shipping delays can happen once in transit. I care just as much at ensuring your package gets delivered and I will help with tracking in any way. But unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for a shipping delay once it has left my shop.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I am more than happy to discuss your purchase with you! If you feel like a mistake was made on my part, I want to know! I strive to have every customer satisfied with their order. Please keep in mind, however, that I cannot accept returns or issue refunds on custom made orders that were miss-measured or the wrong size ordered. Each dress has been custom made to the size ordered.  We do not keep in stock dresses on hand.

I also do not extend refunds for shipping delays unless it is apparent that I missed a promised delivery date by not getting an order out on time.

You should reach out with any concerns regarding your order within two weeks of the confirmed delivery date.
